Quiet and comfortable 3 bedroom apartment located in a private semi-detached apartments complex (only 8 apartments in the complex) with a shared large swimming pool.

Peaceful and family retreat holiday, quiet, sunny and very convenient for a family vacation in Menorca. The perfect option for those looking for a retreat but still close to Arenal d'en Castell main area with restaurants and stores. Separate living and dining area with also separate kitchen. The 3 comfortable bedrooms sleeps up to 6 guests. The kitchen is small but fully equipped. One full bathroom. All bed linen and towels are provided.

Nice seating area at the terrace close to the swimming pool but not enough to have some some privacy from the swimming pool area. The community pool is large and exclusively for the residents of the 8 apartments of the complex. The beach is only 200 metres away from the apartment, 4 min walking distance.

This is a wonderful spot to spend your vacation in Menorca. Nice swimming pool area. Very quiet and relaxing complex (only 8 apartments).

Residential community: Arenal d’en Castell Town: ES MERCADAL Located on the northern coastline of Menorca (Minorca), the popular coastal resort of Arenal d'en Castell is a popular destination for holidays in this beautiful part of the island. Menorca's northern region comprises a stretch of rugged coastline with several beautiful unspool beaches, some barely accessible by car.

Arenal d'en Castell is in a slightly more developed area and sits on a picturesque horseshoe shaped bay, with a superb sandy beach and a decent range of facilities.

The beach is safe for families with young kids and the waters are blue, shallow, and warm during the summer season. br />Arenal d’en Castell is a residential community that belongs to the town of Es Mercadal. Alaior is the next biggest town located only 15 min drive away. In Alaior you can find more variety of supermarkets, stores, old movie theater, more pharmacies and a primary medical center. Mao the capital of Menorca is 20 min drive away. The property is 4 min walk to Arenal d’en Castell beach, one of the nicest for its bay in Menorca.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION & DISTANCES& DISTANCES

There is an efficient regular bus passenger service all over the major towns in the island. You can also use the Taxi service or you can rent a car at the airport or in Arenal d’en Castell community. We encourage you to explore the island so therefore a car is well needed to explore our hidden treasures.

The Airport and Mao (the capital of the island) are located 20-21 Km away from the property. From the Airport there is only one bus route to Mao, the capital. It takes 10 to 15 minutes and it cost around €1.5. Then from Mao bust stop station you can take a bus to Arenal d’en Castell. It takes about 45 to 55 minutes and it costs around € 4.0 Alaior, the next biggest town is located 18 Km away from the property. It will take you to Alaior in 10-15 minutes.
